Cancellation policy: We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, all reservations must be cancelled with a minimum 2 hours notice prior to the pick up time. On all out of town pick-ups, at least 2-hours plus travel time notice must be given. All other cancellations require 24 hours notice. All late cancellations are subject to full trip charges including base rate, hourly minimum charges according to vehicle type, travel time, service fee of 20%, full round trip tolls, parking charges at airport pick-ups and/or state and local government charges. Taxes may apply. NOTE: Cancellations cannot be made online. You must call our office at 914-751-5347.
No-Show policy: A No-Show occurs when the passenger elects not to appear for a pick-up and has not cancelled the reservation within the cancellation policy requirements. If you cannot find your chauffeur/vehicle, please call us at 914-751-5347 and speak to our reservations team to help you find your chauffeur/vehicle, as we can contact your driver at any time. All No-Shows are subject to full trip charges including base rate, hourly minimum charges according to vehicle type, travel time, wait time, service fee of 20%, full round trip tolls, parking charges at airport pick-up’s and/or state and local government charges. Taxes may apply.
Wait Time Policy: On all address pick-ups, such as residences and offices, wait time begins at the scheduled pick-up time. All commercial airport pick-ups (domestic and international) include free 15 minutes of wait time. We determine the official arrival time 1 hour before scheduled arrival time. For Private aviation airports (FBOs), we arrive 30 minutes before wheels-down time. Wait time begins after scheduled wheels-down time, and the 30 minute spot time is complimentary.
Once the free grace period has expired on all pick-ups, wait time is billed in the following increments:
- 0 – 7 minutes: free,
- 8 – 22 minutes: .25 hr wait time billed,
- 23 – 37 minutes: .50 hr wait time billed,
- 38 – 52 minutes: .75 hr wait time billed,
- 53 – 67 minutes: 1 hr wait time billed
Arrival Time Policy: We are aware that commercial flights do not necessarily stay on schedule. Utilizing our automated flight tracking technology, we can accurately determine your arrival time on flights from anywhere in the world. If your flight arrival time changes due to airport delays or inclement weather, we adjust your arrival time accordingly.
Rates: All rates are either base or hourly. For Point to Point rates between cities and airports please call us at 914-751-5347. For hourly rates, please click here to view our published rates. If we cannot determine the rate of a service you need, we will calculate the service dispatched to and from our office on an hourly rate basis. The minimum charge will be according to our hourly rates.
Stops: Passenger directed stops that are in a direct route to destination are $20.00 each with 5 minutes allocated for free. Multiple stops that are not en route to a destination will be billed at the hourly rate of the vehicle.
Holidays: A holiday fee is a 20% surcharge of the base/hourly rate. This is charged to all rides to compensate the chauffeurs, and is given directly to them. Our holidays are the following: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Father’s Day and Mother’s Day. Minimum holiday fee is charge is $20.00
Additional charges: All base rate and hourly services are charged a 20% service fee. Any additional money given to the chauffeur(s) is not considered as a part of any service fee and is at the sole discretion or judgment of the passenger/client. Round trip tolls, additional stops and wait time, holiday fees, airport parking, STC or sales tax will be charged accordingly.
Invoicing: All charges will be according to our “Terms and Conditions” policy once service is completed. All cash customers will need a credit card to make a reservation and it will be “authorized” by your bank 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. This is to guarantee your cash payment. Credit card customers will be “authorized” by your bank 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time, this is to ensure a sufficient hold on your account. After the service has been completed your credit card will be charged a “Sale” as a final charge. All corporate billing customers will be invoiced between 24-48 hours and is due upon agreed terms. All invoices and receipts are submitted via e-mail only to the address of your choice.
Credit Card policy: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Diners Club, or American Express. Cash also accepted; however, a credit card must be given at the time of the reservation. The credit card will be charged only if the customer does not make the cash payment at time of service. For your security, never show any driver or meet-and-greet agent your credit card. Let us handle all charges in our office.
Inclement weather: Alliance Limousine will not be liable for circumstances beyond its control. All Vehicles will be dispatched with weather/road conditions permitting. We will not risk any bodily harm to our clients, passengers, or personnel. We assume no responsibility for any road hazards or mechanical breakdowns causing any lack of service.
Lost and found policy: Alliance Limousine accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal effects including cell phones, handbags wallets, jewelry, watches, luggage, or any items left in the vehicle. We will gladly return any found item to you and charge you the actual cost of shipping.
